I could not find the category for this, i gathered it hasn't been made yet.
If you happened to see the original, i had to improvise on a lot of line strokes, since the built in Illustrator Paint Brush ones didn't quite match. In the end, i just gave up on it and tried to do the vector itself in my own style. Some things i 'guessed' at since it was dark and grainy, making it hard to see where lines attached.
Don't redistribute or claim as your own. Enjoy.
