Here it is another artwork from my fanfic Last Moon Phase
Now some background story :D
During the time that Kahoko was in the hospital, near her death, she asked Sasuke why didn't he tried to get back Sakura's love. What they didn't know was that Sakura was passing by the corridor and heard their conversation. Then, she realized Sasuke was in love with her. After Kahoko's death, Sakura found Sasuke alone in the rain and decided to be nice to him, offering him a hot chocolate.
This part will happen in the next chapter of my fanfic.
