I don't know this "Touhou" anime/manga/game, but I gotta say you made my mouth go "wow" and "ahh" with this!
I love all of the details... especially the shadows in the window(is it), the butterfly designs in the fan, the hair of the girl, the girl's red eyes(so cute to look at) and the kimono design. They are all made with great effort and patience.
Nice work in making the vector look very flawless.
Great shades and coloring! Even though the colors are not in the exact color, I liked it.
The color scheme is soothing, not destructing!
Overall, excellent job. 10/10+FAV

Touhou is somehow hard to discribe for me its a game i want to play but i can't get it in my home country. Than there are some good works from it and some i dont like. The original you used is somewhere between nice work and i dislike it.
But i don't want to comment the original work here^^
When i look at your work and the original you used i must say i like your work more than the original. the details are made wit much more love and you can feel it. great! someday i must ask you to do the same to my most favored picture, couse your works are made with more love for details than the originals. -
