This is a good scan, a re-sized image usually is one that was too small to meet requirements so the poster tried to make it larger in a photo program (looks really pixelated and horrible) or the opposite case is a scan that is too large, so they try to reduce file size by compressing the file and to save file space. The colours get reduced so you end up with pixelated edges in tiers as opposed to smooth gradients and lines.. hope that helps :) Thank you for submitting this scan, I love the artist's work and I haven't seen this one before.
