Ehhrm, my first posting up here.
There's some text on the lower-right of the picture but instead of having people to read that tiny font, here it is:

I apologize if my picture is substandard... I've been lurking here until such time I've earned enough courage and basically, ehrrm, "finesse" (at least to my own standard) to post something so I apologize again.

Aww, don't be afraid to show off your work... It looks amazing ^^ I love the details in the background, esp the lighting and the atmosphere. The character design is very cute, I love the details in her dress. Your lineart is so neat (*is jealous* XD), and awesome colouring, it looks professional ^^

The details on the dress are so intricate, and you did a wonderful cityscape. (I love cityscapes, but can't do them to save my life haha) I like the lights. :) -
