The reason for the title 'Alter Ego' is because it means other self. That is what I am trying to represent in this wallpaper.
I tried to create the wallpaper portraying two different 'worlds', the one inside the mirror and the one outside it XD
I tried to portray how the 'angel' side is reaching out to the other side where as the other side is indifferent.
The inscriptions on the 'angel' wings are from pokemon
There are over 300+ layers and took about nine weeks to finish

oh wow its been forever since you submitted anything. i love your vector here, you can definitely see all the hard work that went into it, even at this small resolution.
i'm not as keen on the bg as your other works, i think its a bit too airbrushed. i also kinda wish they were looking at each other, since its confusing where they are looking but thats a bit too nitpicky >_<
but the moment i saw it was an original i knew it had to be yours ^^

300 layers? ? ? No wonder it took 9 weeks to finish, it probably took Photoshop a full week just to load the file after a point! XD That being said, I'm glad to see another original piece of yours. It's beautiful, and your hard work truly paid off.
