For your first vector, this is quite good. ^^ I can tell you worked very hard on it, Za-sama.

I have two problems with it, though... (And, I realize that this is your first vector, so I'm only trying to help you improve by pointing out things that might need a little work.) Your lines seem a little... wobbily... for lack of a better word, as if you weren't exactly sure where to put the anchor on the line to get the curve you wanted. And, your lines are also of uniform thickness, which doesn't help some of your thinner, more detaled lines from the original (For example, the hair). So, I would suggest varying the use of your line thickness, okay?

I'm not trying to offend you or discourage you from vectoring anymore... So I appologize if I unintentionally did either of those... Please keep up your hard work, Za-sama, and I look forward to your future vectors. ^^

hey zaza-chan~ norine is gonna give ya a little advice to make your vector better, although i know i started not long too, and i only have done one vector as well. we can help each other. haha. well okie. for the first, the lines, tried using pen-tool? the are some good vector tutorials on distant destiny, egao, you might wanna check their tutorial bu chloe-chan, it helped me lots.

secondly, the coloring, for the hair, well... it looks really shaky, maybe try making the scan like 200% or more to make the lines more accurate. the hair shadings look like they were painted on instead. haha. so yeah make the lines as smooth as you can~ ^_^ follow the tutorial, definitely makes good vectors.

well other than that everything else seems fine, to enhance the vector i guess you could try using a texture too. i hope that helps! i'm sorry if some comments were harsh but i hope you can get even better~ ^_^
