This is really late tribute to
zelemental <3

The actual making of this wallpaper was an on and off thing because of school. I've always wanted to make a wallpaper out of this scan at AP, but I just never found the effort to actually do it - not until I heard about zelemental. I was moved to make this wallpaper for him; the mood/emotion I was going for would work well with the original scan.

I used Photoshop Elements 3.0 for everything. I used an assortment of cloud brushes and a few grass brushes. The whole wallpaper was just building on to what was already there. The little glowing blobs are snow brushes made for another use. I duplicated this layer and blurred it to give that glowing/fluffy look - no I don't know what they're supposed to be. I think they were inspired by the graphic effects in the actual game. To finish it off, I added some texture over the whole thing so the texture of the scan would appear to be going over the whole image.
