o_o I can't remember the artists name, but the image is from a site called One way to heaven, I'm to lazy to pull the url out so go to my site www.geocities.com/cloudgraphics and look at the right table and under wanderings you'll see a button with her face on it and it says OWTH, click the button and thats the site. o_o
A friend is currently making a layout for me out of this image due to I currently have to go on image Hiatus due to high school's a pain in the ass. >_< Not my scan
