Hi,
i took this scan :
Kannagi 01 by litianmai
and i was planning to just extract the scan , but when i downloaded it
i found out that the scan wasn't a good quality ,
so i vectored it and i painted some parts , and i made the background with some brushes.
thats all i think .. i hope you'll like it.

Aww! Great wallpaper indeed =D I do admire you work in the vector, it looks amazing =) The Bg looks absolutely gorgeous especially the sky and the clouds part.
