I think the angle of the roof is just slightly off; it's not a 90ยบ angle to the beams of the building.
Also, it seems that the level of detail is inconsistent with distance: the building in the back is far more finely
detailed than the character for instance, even though I'm pretty sure the focus is on the character.
Otherwise, it's really a great doujinshi, woo!
