Bakumatsu Kikansetsu Irohanihoheto: KYMGC Book Front Cover

Scanned from the KMYGC book by... I don't remember, but I think it was the character designer. A friend of mine bought it for me from an event while she was in Japan. The pencil marks are part of the illustration to make it textured, not a dirty scan.
