Well, Actually i don't like utau-chan that much, but the scan made me attracted to it and started to vector it X3
So i started it so slowly.. but thanks to the song that inspired me to work more (blur bird! yay! aoi ano sora!)
I almost vectored it then all of the sudden the data lost DX so i had to redo it again (my beautiful painting eyes
DXXX.. WTH)
I changed the color of the scarf.. as i dislike green so much :x and painted the eyes
As For bg,
At first i wanted to make she lying on the snow (the problem is..i don't know how to make it DX and kinda weird
after i did it DX)
And then add, some texture from somewhere (forgot where), and go crazy on it XD

I actually started vectoring her too but never finished ^_^' And I'm really happy to see a (vector)wall with that image ^^
I absolutely love it. Glad you changed her scarf's color and the eyes are stunning!
I'm actually happy she's not lying on snow like your first idea was, moslty because I'm a sucker for sparkles and these kind of backgrounds... :P

I really like the vectoring, the lights (stars~ :D :D) and the color scheme~ the scarf looks great in blue~ :)
But, her lips look so real, which is weird because of her SD eyes and face... o.O
