Originally, Keiji Inafune, creator of the rockman series, wanted rockman to look like chibi. But back in the old days, technology didn't permit it to look like what we see in Rockman Powered Up.

Title: Chibified! Chibi! :3 yeah I don't know why I made this XD. I wanted to do something megaman-related for some reason so this is the result ^^. Chibi megaman is so kawaii :3 and so are the others. Went with something simple, yet it works for the chibi theme. Soft pastel colors, sparkles, specks, digital-like squares, and overlays. Hope you like it ^^
