Merry Xmas!
It's my wallpaper to the 
contest! lol
I work a lot in this... One night I was without internet I was bored... I remembered I needed to do a wall back into the
contest, I looked at my collection then found this scan and extract.
At first I did not know very well what to do with it... I wanted something colorful and bright... A city bright as I
ever had... I always thought my life without so... So I tried to make a happy and joyful night... And brilliant!
I started doing the wallpaper at midnight and a half and distract me, when I saw were 6 and half of the morning! I kept
the other day, finally finished... I used many different effects...
Tool: PS CS4.
Time: 6h+
Layers: 40+
He gave a lot of work! I hope you enjoy! *-*

this is such a cute wall,so colorful and nice,it really puts me in Christmas mood ;)
I particularly like the buildings in the bg,they look so awesome..I think that maybe that light on the left of the pic is a little too much,and makes the wall too complicated,but I still like the wall a lot...

Waaa, so pretty~ I really like the city and the snow path you created, they really blend so well with the scan~ :}}
The sky is also very pretty~ :)
But I think the light decending on the girls is a too bright... kinds of hurts... xDDD
And it also throws too many colors on the scene, it's a cold snowy night, but we still see lots of purple, pink, yellow, blue, orange... too many... >.<
But still, it's really pretty and enchanting... I like the light pints in the buildings (as well as them, sooo cute~ :D) very much~ :)

This is really good looking! I love the high quality and the detailed background.
Too bad you didn't make those trees yourself, the brushes are really jagged and they're pretty much the only bad looking aspect of your wall.
Couldn't tell it was vectored from the thumbnail, glad I full-viewed it <3 -
