Alrighty, I believe this is the Naruto equivalent of the Sasuke vector I submitted a while back. Found the image by accident. =P
Used about 11 layers and worked on it for a couple hours each of the past few nights. It was a little difficult because of some of the light effects in front of the image...and then there was the Rasengan. >_<
Comments and opinions always appreciated. :)
[Edit]: X-O I wasn't particularly fond of the Rasengan I can up with so I changed it to something more natural. The PNG version is here. (I don't know why I didn't think to do this before. X-P) If you want the old version, it's here.

thakns a lot its a amazing scan its different fromother vector scan for me because the most vectors were made are with the normal naruto and not kyubi naruto so thanks a lot for it
