Hi,
I took this scan :

the scan is really poor quality so i worked more on it ,
i vectored some parts and i painted the other parts , the scan tooks me about 1 and a half month!
yeah because i was busy with my college exams so thats why tooks a long time .
as for the background ,i painted some clouds with the tablet , and i added the fence and the grass,birds.
thats all i guess , i hope you like it .

I can see the original scan is really in poor quality, and you done a really nice job vectoring and painting, just a thought, if you texture or render the whole wallpaper just to make it a bit classic or old style picture, other than that is a fantastic wallie, specially the color, you're pick a nice one's
