Wow, I love the perspective.
Thats a small image of Tomoyo you used,
I couldn't place it at first but when I saw the scan it hit me.
I really love how well you vectored her seeing how small it was
and I think you did such a nice job changing her clothes to match
another scans.
The clouds are very cute, maybe some blur to give distance
and a flully look since they look kinda hard now.
The left side where the leaves are I think some more
darkening on the bottom of them would help, their looking
too light overall and some darkening might help balance it out.
Blur the wires a bit, they look too close to Tomoyo.
Ah, and the street light doesn't need a light coming from it.
It's day time and so theres no need for that light to be on ^^
Overall it's a very well done wall, hope to see more
of these open ones from you <3
