I scanned the image from a Newtype magazine ad. The background and effects all done with Paintshop Pro 4...

    the bikini on the right is pretty cute -^.^-

    cool background effect, but the char.'s are a little grainy imo...i'm dunno nethin about Paintshop Pro...but Photoshop has a "smart blur" effect that clears up the grainy-ness quite nicely...maybe sumthin like that in PP.

    Hmm...

    ...wow, it took me a lot longer than I thought it would to flip through my stack of recently scanned magazines to find it. It's Newtype May 2002. It's just an ad, not an article.

    Anyway, I'm still flipping around my old Newtypes. I know I saw an ad with them in their schoolgirl uniforms somewhere...

    Nice swimsuit girls! Did a nice job extracting them without cutting off anything. Nice abstract background as well.
