i'm not familiar with Paintshop Pro...but in PS there's a "smart blur" option that clears up the grainy-ness pretty well...
and i'd have to agree that it's one too many peeps >.<...nice BG tho..hehe

I scanned the image from another ad in Newtype. The background and effects were done as per my usual esoteric Paintshop Pro 4 techniques.
I'm a bit unsatisfied with this one...too many characters bunched up together in the scan, I think. I probably won't use such a crowded group as a source image again anytime soon...

Hmm finally a GPM wallpaper. The characters are a little bit blurry, and the background is weird with aliasing. (top right corner) -_-

It's nice to see group pic of everyone. The wallpaper doses look a little bit blurry but overall I think it look nice.
