She is cute and a very simple but nice outfit (uniform?)
i love the eyes again, ah yeah I think your lines must be more "black" like the eyes
if you scan your pic because it is a bit too clear sometimes.
don't drax at school it is not good ^^

Her neck and her right arm are too short... but her eyes are wonderful !
