I think this would look way much better if it was vectored...or cleaned a little bit better...somehow,the roses and his hair look strange compared to his clothes...and his face is blurry...also,I think the background texture is a bit too sharp...

But for some reason, it just doesn't blend well
with you bg and maybe you could have cleared
that scan more to have more of a
solidity to it.
