easiest part: the vector it only took like 2-3 hours
hardest part: the background, although you can barely see all the hard work that went into vectoring that gay gay

dedicated to all rollo fans, esp beeryy-chan because i promised her a rollo vector, although i didnt end up finishing the other scan. but look at rollo staring so lovingly into lulu's eyes, how can you not fall in love with this screencap. not my best vector by far but ... rolllooo <3333
i know i know, i made a promise to myself not to vector CG anymore, and to work on my kuro series but i promise the next one is coming! and plus i only spent this morning on this XD. i've been fangirling over rollo (i dl ALL the scans i could find of him and rewatching the scenes with him in CG) and esp this screencap for like a week now and i just had to get him out of my system. and my gallery has farrrr too many lulu//c.c vectors.

my best friends: the burn and dodge tool, lighting effects, lens flare, layer masks. gosh it took me so much effort to get the bg to look like that (believe me it did not look pretty before). i wanted that sunset/forlorn look.
i am going to need a longggg break after today from backgrounds featuring buildings/other massive structures. its such a pain in the ass to vector --".
