i would like to see more information about the vector and concept =]. i think you should get rid of the text.
the background needs work, images are sharper in the front and blurred in the back, also it should be lighter as it
fades into the bg. and its rather straight and empty, maybe some trees and some rolling hills or mountains.
lines are jagged and there is a color leak on his jacket, and try not to make so many straight lines.
overall not a bad piece, you just need some practice XD. i'm glad you finally posted something! i think you should
practice vectoring first and then transition to wallpaper.

I agree with vitaamin on it being a pretty good piece. The biggest thing I noticed that wasn't previously mentioned was that when you saved it as a jpeg it got grainy in some places. I don't know anything about PSP, but if there is a way to save your work at a higher quality level to avoid that, it's a good idea. Very nice start, though!

nicely done for first try
although there are some things that dont look right:
1. the text is unnecessary and it ruins the whole wall
2. the grass is too high, if it was on a hill for example it should be smaller when going far behind lulu
3. you could have filled background with birds or something else
4. vector looks nice although lines are way to jaggy and the fact that the vector looks grainy dosent do the justice
overall its a nice wallpaper. -

Good wall for the first attempt but there is much more room for improvement:
1.the text it too big and the font is just too plain...maybe some effect on the text and a different font would make it better...
2.the grass is repeating itself,and it's not realistic,since there are only 2 tones of green there...and also it's supposed to be bigger in the front and get smaller and smaller as you go farther...so make it bigger near Lulu
3.the sky is too bright...maybe make a light blue gradient and then put some smaller clouds on it,it would look better that way,trust me
4.the vector needs more work...the lines are jaggy and lines are not equal..some of them are really tiny...also there's a color leakage in some places,and on his sleeve there's a brighter glow...it really looks ugly,fix it...
