I don't know about the wild grass that Suzaku is holding, but the flower Lelouch is holding is a red spider lily. The red spider lily is poisonous and has a tragic tale involving the girl flower and boy leaves that never meet. Basically, now it is supposed to bloom where someone dear has died.
I love the way this picture was drawn. ^^ Lelouch's hair and facial expression look so cool and pretty. ;P -
