It's a bit hard to tell that's lulu who's in the picture. Some say he looks like a chara from Nabari b/c
of the outfit; others say he looks like a combination of Tamaki & Kyouya from Ouran _ _b

indeed.. he looks like tamaki and kyouya a bit :D i zhink because lulu is way not that frendly looking hahaha but still i loooove it *___* he's so handsome *drool* the only thing is: i think his chin is a little bit too wide... but it's only a small matter :P not that i have a prob with that ^^**

I really have to say I thought it was Yoite from "Nabari no Ou", but then I read "Lelouch", to be honest, it doesn't look much like him but it is still a very nice work
