I made this wallpaper last summer,so I can't really remember everything ^_^'
But anyway I used cloud and moon brushes for the bg.Stock vector images for the pattern in the bg.The scan is from www.animeartbooks.net.I altered the scan a little,making
the eyes of the character more golden and I had to paint the bottom of the hair because something was over it in the
scan.
