i was listening to alot of cowboy bebop blues while doing this vector, so it turned out with kind of washed out colors. i can't say i'm a massive fan of the way the colors turned out, they are a bit too washed out for me, but i've been delaying this vector for so long that i thought i might as well finish it. thus the name also, since everyone kinda looks sad in the scan (to me at least).
colored almost entirely with gradients. i would have painted it but back then i didnt know how to paint xD. this is also my first attempt at doing some sakura trees and some bushes, god the bushes are fugly. there were some clouds but with the sky that color it just looked odd. i did use a glass filter though since it looked odd without it. and yes i was very very lazy with the window. i think the background might be a little bit too bright, and there is basically no light in the room (i tried i really tried but failed epically)
so not much else to say. c.c's kimono was the number one reason i havent touched this vector in ages. i hope the patterns i did look nice --". i hate lelouch's face but i couldnt fix it. since suzu and c.c look so good though i just had to finish it off XD. and i was going to wall it but there was no nice way to place them on a widescreen resolution that would have looked nice so.. maybe later ^^

I think the vector is fantastic. Of course, as usual, beautiful outlines though I can`t say the same about the colors. I do agree with you it`s really washed out. I would have liked to see bold colors and more shading. Everything looks kind of plain compare to C.C`s kimono.
The background is really well done. But what puts me off is still the colors...
Still, I`m glad you finished this vector and I just can`t get over the pattern on C.C`s kimono. <3 -

I really like the background, the colour of the sky is great. I also like the muted colours and the gradient colouring, it gives a nice feel to the wallpaper.
