This was scanned from Questor Magazine ISSN 0119-7940. The comic is titled "Occhio del Dio", artwork by Jennyson Rosero, story by Bambi Eloriaga (editor-in-chief), and this is the last page of the first chapter.
Questor Magazine has stopped publication of the magazine itself altogether about a year or so ago, but all rights still belong to them.
