I can never think of a good title for the life of me!

Any-hoooo, I find that my art style is generally bold, (dynamic?), and I tend to use dark, rich, deep, colors a lot. I'm not sure exactly why, or if it's just because I'm drawn to dark colors, but either way, I like to attempt lighter colors or pastels now and then. (Emphasizing the word "Attempt" here)

This is one of those "Attempts" from the show To Love Ru- Trouble, that was a really cute series.

It's from the ending of the opening theme song to the show, and since it was a lively and energetic type scene, I thought it would be nice to use that for a lighter side of me kind of wallie.

I wound up actually playing with some textures and backgrounds, and happen to come across a large rose with rainbow type colors through it, and wound up putting it as an overlay on a gradient of mixed similar colors from the wall itself. It seemed to give it an upbeat, fun type of mood, (energetic) so decided to keep it. I overlaid some half tone brushes again, as the shot itself has a type of pattern to it, as it seemed still rather plain.
