I like the vector,but there are some color leakage on her hair...and also,some of the shapes in the bg are pixelated...blur them a bit or remove...it will look better...
overall,I think this is pretty cute abstract wall ;) -

her eyes need to be blurred in several layers, since the other lines are. and i agree with christa, some of the shapes need to be blurred, and i think the textures need to be softer because its really pixelated.
but this is so adorable! i like the way you reinterpreted kallen (unless its based on a scan i've never seen before XD)

Cute.
I like that soft touch to it :) The only thing bothering me is the background. I think you changed the size of the brushes you used too much. I think you may have been going for a blurred/faded effect with the bigger circles, but the quality of the circle is completely depleted. The edges are pixelized. That reflection should blur off a bit more - it looks slightly off.
