How it was made:
I tried something very different with this wallpaper, and I hope it's allowed here. If not, I apologize ^_^'
The wallpaper is a bit of a Frankenstein-ish experiment, which I will explain in detail. There is practically no
fullbody artwork the the videogame Forbidden Siren, so what I had to do was take
a headshot magazine scan and photo-manipulate it so that it was attached to the body of a real model (the game is CG, so
it needed a more realistic body). I had to touch-up, paint, and recolor the body to look natural with the head I was
working with, and while I was at it I messed with Miyako's hair to make it look creepy and floaty. The game has a
very dark atmosphere, and a sea of blood has surrounded the town, hence the red water that the girl and the monsters are
wading through in the city. The song of inspiration has been incorporated into the piece on the top left billboard, and
blood was added to faces on the right signs. The "Guilty" phrases seemed ironically fitting.
Why the Song:
Ever since I heard "The Human Stain" I've always associated it with Siren- the lyrics are a very dismal
look at how society is tainted and the fact that in reality no one wants to be the heroes sacrificed to fix it. One day,
my dream is to make a music video with that song for that game... If I ever get the equipment or finish the darned game

i like this alot! although if you wanted to create rain, you have to make like the droplets glow around her. unless its just texture in which case you dont have to do anything XD i've been waiting for work from you for a long time!

Man, you sure are awesome at these kind of wallpapers, Rain. And geeze, they just turn out so fantastic! I cannot believe you successfully attached a CG head to a real-life body without making it look shooped (pardon my 4chan speak XD).
Very neato.... and I especially love the reddish color scheme you've used on your lost two wallpapers - very lovely. <3

I can`t believe you actually put together a real body and a CG head. I can`t even tell that this is two scan without you telling me although I think the position of that body is a bit awkward. I also love the red theme of this wall. It`s so dynamic.

This is pure awesomeness. The concept is really good and you managed to create a wallpaper which fits like a glove! I predict this is going to be among the 3 that will win.
Honestly, I had no idea you merged a CG head with a real body until I read the description. It's seamless!
And the background is quite creepy, I wouldn't be able to walk around like that, with an expression like the one on the girl's face XD
