Being a mom, I don't get to play many games, so I never know how the anime compares to the games when they are made.
But I recently stumbled upon that "Tales of the Abyss" was being made into an anime, and when it was released thought I'd check it out. (My kids are actually really loving this one). So far I find it pretty good. I rather like the characters and the story so far.
So, my boys commissioned me with hugs and kisses to do this series next for a wallie lol.
It's taken a bit from the opening theme and I tossed in Meiu because my youngest really likes him.
I used a texture sky background and blended it over another one for the background itself and just used a cloth type texture in PS for his jacket as it seemed just a bit too WHITE!

LUKE FJSDJFKLDSJFS! i cant wait until he cuts his hair though lol the clouds look fine to me =]
actually i havent watched the anime but i played the game (80 hours of wasted time) i have to say though that if you ever want to play the tales series this is not the game to play--tales of symphonia is infinitely better! and i just hope the anime isnt as redundant as the game but it should be good since they only have 13 eps.

do you have version without the texture for background?I haven't tried the edit, so not sure if it's working or not yet, but thankfully, I 99% of the time save the pds as well, just in case situations like this arise lol
so I just uploaded a few extras by turning off a few layers. So three extra uploaded for anyone that would like an alternate version, 1) plain sky, 2) just texture, and 3) just the clouds with no texture.

This is wonderful! I'm not a big fan of this show but seeing your wallpaper has recandle my interest, I cannot stop look at just how handsome he is here. You've done a wonderful job with the vector, it's very sharp and clean and I like the concept of this wall very much, especially the sky, it's very stunning and lovely to look at. Thanks for sharing!
