FINALLY, after months from seer laziness, I finally made a new vector. And if anyone is still asking, YES, I'm still addicted to Yu-Gi-Oh (but NOT to the point of making it into a religion). <_<
This was a request from person who wants to remain secret in Janime Forums, aka anything Yu-Gi-Oh HQ. Vector Ruka from the latest ending of 5D's. My anti-outline style is actually an excuse for not doing the outline. (so sue me) As for the background, I got lazy & just made it plain white. (once again, sue me)
Hope everyone likes it despite the fact I didn't put much effort into it.
