Here it is! My second wall after way too long, and my birthday gift to Scott! It's late though.. X-O Anyway, I hope you had a good one, Scott!
For: 
This wall is basically part repainting and cleaning up of this scan. I didn't completely repaint Yoite and Miharu, just to make it clear.. Just part of their hair and clothes as well as changing the lighting for their eyes.. That said, I spent an awful lot of time just to get Miharu's repainting just right just so it would look natural. So appreciate!
I repainted the bay almost completely. (Which was not as easy as it looks) And added the leaves, the sunlight, the sparkles, and so on. Oh and repainted all those bits and pieces of the background that were either covered up by the line in the middle or by font.
The reason I chose this scan is because I wanted a wall that showed friendship and contentedness. I looked through all my download scans and the 'Others' section of scans and in the end, I found this. Besides, I like the scene..

Music inspiration? Actually it was a medley of songs and I can't actually pinpoint how they are related to the wall.. There's Life by Yui, Jojoushi by L`Arc~en~Ciel, Regret by Mai Hoshimura, that opening song from Kamichu.. which all don't really have any connection to each other. :\ But they got me through it..

When I first saw the thumbnail in the gallery, I thought someone cropped a scan and submitted it that way! Really, the lighting and reconstruction are amazing! After all, I did think it was the original scan ;) The concept you were trying to illustrate shows, and there's a certain feeling of calmness and relaxation in this wall. The characters (and the cute cat <3) blend in very well with the background.
It must've taken you quite a while, judging by the number of details! I truly respect you for that *bows* For that and an amazing wall, you have a comment and fave from me :D Keep up the great work! -
