This is an image from the manga and anime Candy Candy. The girl in the picture is Eliza, the main negative character who opposes Candy and the boy is one of Candy's friends, Stear. I love Eliza's hair and the classical drawing. From what I remember she was a real shrew in the anime... XD Always ready to plot something bad against Candy. Stear was very nice and imaginative.
