since i wanted to make from this vector of
mine, so there isnt much to say. main focus is on vector.
Kitten suggested that there were too many clouds so i made new clouds and i hope this way looks better.

A very nice vectoring job of the CLAMP character art :) The softness that you've added goes well with the crisp line art that you've vectored, and the blurred flowers in the foreground are very nicely made. My only gripe is that the eyes seem to be a bit overdone, with the overly bright light reflections. The right edge of the left eye also is a bit jagged instead of round as it should be. Overall though, you did a very good job.
