Satoshi Hiwatari. One of my favorite characters from this anime/manga so I decided to wall him.
I believe the scan was from a gallery called kiseki-net but I can't find it anymore (moved or deleted, not sure) so I can't provide a link...
Anyway, I wanted to make something abstract since he's an artist, hence the splatter-y BG. Hope you like!
