awww c.c is adorable. i actually dislike c.c as a character but shes so cute here. especially good job on the face! the lineart there is especially good.
there are some lines in the hair that could use work--i know i'm also always too lazy to do anything with the hair in my scans too. hail to those who can :sweat:
as for code geass eyes, try outlining them then using a color base for the pupil. after that you basically got the lighting effects down! i totally feel you because i vector so much code geass its impossible for me to do eyes any other way
