XD Yay I'm off hiatus! It was a long hiatus, but I'm off it!
And while I was gone, I made some wallies! So here's one!

what can I say about it?

This is my 1st shot at making a dark wallie... "intentionally"...
Joining the Dark Wallies Club got me thinking about it.

The theme is?
Daisuke got beat up real bad and gets all poetic like he does in the anime series. And even though she's not there, a "vision" of Riku is what he sees as Dark's aura starts to take over! And the red? That's blood. Like I said it's "Daisuke Vision"! So his head is bleeding and some probably got in his eye!
Yeah.... that's it...

It took a lot of work! Extracting the scan wasn't as hard as cleaning it. But I looked for extra help (library) and got some info on how to clean it up more. I used a stock photo! um.. can't remember the origins of the photo but I wrote it on the wallie itself, so you'll see it along with the site it came from!

Brushes? I didn't use too many of it because it wasn't really needed. Just darken the tone of the wallie with a layer of black, which does a lot. And not to mention the stock photo wasn't that bright either.

Blending the bg? I blurred the bg a bit. As you can see when you look at the wallie. I'm not very experienced but I did my best to dull down the bg as much as possible so it can look more like part of the cartoon. It doesn't bold well when the anime character seems out of place...

The glowy stuff going on her hands? Looks like shadows of light that passed through the leaves of the tree.. I don't know where I was going with that, I just wanted something shiny...

So I hope you enjoy the wallie! The brighter version of this isn't as impressive, but I'll see if I can put it up too.
