At last...I'm submitting this SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ridiculously late. :sweat:
The 2nd collab between the awesome MyrrhLynn and I for w?w Round 4.
The theme for this round was 'coupling' and I found it hard to go past this adorable piccy of Risa-chan and Otani-kun from Lovely Complex. Not sure if I got the scan from MT, it doesn't seem to be in the MT gallery though I'm think it used to be. You can find it at AP though, submitted by bouinbouin -
As you can see I changed the style quite a bit. I deliberately tried to change my vectoring style, though apparently that didn't work, since a certain person, who guessed the walls 100% correctly, mistook my vector for MyrrhLynn's We just can't win! :(
Basically I just let loose and had fun with the colours, and patterning it all with stars, stripes and dots, before sending the PSD over to Myrrh to do the background.
She worked hard on it, and ended up doing a lot of different backgrounds for it. [You can find one of MyrrhLynns

We decided the current BG fit the best and messed around a bit more with the BG colours and I added those weird heart
chain things at the last minute.
We didn't do so well with it in w?w, but it was fun to make, and I hope everyone enjoys this wall of one of the sweetest manga couples around XD

Nice, but there's jpeg artifacts around the edges of the starts, you need to use less compression.

I didn't comment on this yet? Shame on me! Well despite what you said Piccolobear we both know that you did most of the work on this wall. :P All I did is provide the base for the background, and pester you like all the time about what would be the best background for it. XD I really like how you vectored them here, I'm thinking I will try out doing a patter filled vector sometime. Man... everytime I look at this wall all I can think of is Maplerose saying "oh I knew that you two did it since it looked like MyrrhLynn's vector style". =________=
