I think her face look a bit out of proportion if you compare it to the body.. >.o
But other than that, really good work, you've got some CG skills~ ;) -

The image is beautifully rendered, however I found it a little odd that the reflected highlights in the eyes did not match those of the gems, suggesting that they were experiencing light from different sources. On the plus side, the small stars in her eyes were especially cute!
