Lately, I have been going on a real nostalgia trip.

I bought a box set that regroups all of the Ranma 1/2 OAVS into two discs. As I was watching them, I remembered how funny this show is, so, after finishing the dvds, I picked up the mangas. I don't own all the volumes of Ranma, I have maybe up to 26 or so, but back when they we're being released in French, I was just a poor high school student...

Now, I'm just a poor unemployed woman...

That being said, I wanted a Ranma wallpaper for my wide screen computer, since I didn't find any that I really liked, I made my own. I vectored one of my favorite Ranma images of all time. I kept the same outfit colors for Ranma because I love that orange, I changed her hair because in the original scan, it was black, and we all know that the pig tailed girl is a redhead right? I also changed her makeup color and gave her purple eyeshadow like the anime. I could have added shading seeing as there was a little in the original manga scan, but I decided to go without because it just fits the whole wallpaper better.

Genma started off black and white, as usual, but since the whole background was a brown, orange, reddish color, I decided to add a little red to his color palette. The pattern was found on the net. I used it because it reminded me of the title screen from the old Ranma 1/2 "Hard Battle" SNES game...does anybody remember that?

Anyway, enough comments, enjoy the wall :D
