So I officially have the attention span of a poodle. I've been working the whole last week on two other scans (#10 & 11) and still am not even close to finished, probably because i lost the drive to do them. Then i logged on and saw this scan and thought I HAVE TO DO IT NOW, so I postponed the other two projects. (i mean look at the scan, how can you not want to vector it?!) Next week I'm supposed to go stay with my friend at college though so don't know when those other two are gonna get done --"
but enough about my laziness. i thought the hardest part would be their hair and i was dreading it but it actually didnt take that long. I wish i put more highlights on CC's hair, especially along the strands but by that time i had no energy. the hardest parts were the FEATHERS which just annoyed me and i still think they dont really fit in with the rest of the picture, but i cant delete them =[
the shading on their clothes is just a hot mess, and i wish i spent a little more energy on it because it doesnt take too much to make it nicer but the blurring just didnt like the dark colors and i was too lazy to do precise shading. Maybe later today i'll fix it. i dont really like their eyes too much but i dont think i'm going to redo them. i might add lelouch's ring and C.C's necklace later too.
please let me know if theres like color leakage or if the outlines overlap. as you know my style is thick bold lines but i didnt think it would work for this scan. also apologies in advance for some thicker lines in C.C's hair, i did about half of it at the original scan's size but decided to make it bigger. was then too lazy to redo them --"
and i think the picture is distinct enough to warrant a name, but i'm horrible with names. i'll take any suggestions xD
i'm going to start favorite-ing all the things i'm vectoring even though i don't normally favorite things

I love bold lines so you don`t have to worry. Plus, your outline looks amazing.
Lelouch`s bottom earring looks a bit weird to me. It doesn`t look like he`s wearing it.
Also, I`m still dreading the fact you didn`t do some of the details. I hope you`ll add it later.
Other than that, everything is really great. How did you do that feather, btw?

I saw the original and it looked fine the way
it was but this one is like a bigger more painted looking version.
It's beautiful and clean, very neat and the color is so dark
and sweet. I love the way you colored it, it's so mysterious
looking and the eyes are gorgeous. Great job. -

Oh man, any way we could get you to do this as a wallpaper? I've had it as my wallpaper for the last week or two and I went with one of the flat reds instead of trying to get the shading continuous so it shows the edge. Need a big widescreen one if you can.

It is a really good vector. I know how hard it is to vector C.C's hair. You did a great job with their clothes and I think that the simplicity of the image (no ring or necklace) adds to the charm. Love the green and red contrast.
