Happy birthday to me! Weee. Like last year, I am celebrating my birthday by creating a vector. You know, I've gotten some amazing gifts already this year, I don't even need to give one to myself :P
I've chosen Otome from Da Capo. I like to do something a bit different for my birthday vectors (as in, not Clannad or Lacus) and I think this image is beautiful and it fits perfectly with the mood I'm in right now. Time keeps moving. I thought that, in certain conditions, time would stop for me, and I wouldn't be able to go on. And that happened, for a while. But suddenly the clock started ticking again and I don't know why or how or if I like it but that's how it is. And now I'm trying to keep up with it while ignoring the unidentifiable feelings I get. If I had a Personal Series for vectors, this would be in it.
I'm 19 today, in case you're wondering. Who knows why I feel so old :P
The vector was fun and moderate in difficulty. Some things like her hair are a bit detailed and took some time. I was reaaally lazy doing the sakura branch, since I had to reconstruct part of it and didn't feel like it, but I'm glad it all came out nicely. I finished this vector a while ago, because I knew I wouldn't have time near my birthday.

ah its gorgeous! i am really impressed with the sakura branch she is holding. its vectored so detailed and so amazing. i know the hair must have been a horror, but i wish there were more highlights in the strands framing her face --" not always a fan of thin lines, but in this case they are wonderful!
