It took me a few minutes to be able to write this comment since I kept squealing over it XD Ryou-chan awesomeness! And
you did it beautifully, especially with a small blurry image where you had to reconstruct. And the skirt colour is
perfect XD I even like the background! I just totally <33 this (if you couldn't tell yet XD) Thank you so so much, I
appreciate it like you won't believe, you really made me happy!
And about your not making it to uni because of 0.2 points...that's the dumbest most annoying thing ever! It sucks.
Period. But I guess it's just one of those challenges of life. Keep trying your best 'cause I know you can do it and I

So, here is the original scan!
Yup, it doesn't look difficult. However, once I zoom in it's all blurry! >_< Not difficult to work with(I've
worked with worse images) but my eyes got tired so easily because of all the blurriness.
I had to guess where the lines were and such, specially in her ribbon and hair.
And noooo! Thin lines again! I started doing them a bit thicker but as I went from her hair to her uniform, they started
to get thin! >.< It's frustrating ^_^'
I ended up reconstructing her arm and her uniform as you can see, and, as always, added more shadows/light on her
hair.
The cards were probably the most difficult. Well, not really that difficult! I just kept thinking how I should do them.
I couldn't see them well in the original image, so I looked around for references and noticed that it would take some
time to make that pattern in all cards! So I ended up playing with some patterns a friend gave me! :P
For the coloring, I still had a hard time picking the right blue color for her skirt. I just hope they're not that
bright and cold this time :\
The title....well, the fans know Ryou likes to read everyone's fortune and since she was holding her cards, that's all I could think of!
For my friends - It might take a while to answer PMs, GB posts, etc... because...I actually didn't make it into college... for 0.2 points! The frustrastion! OMG! I'm so angry and depressed! 0.2 points? What the... T_T So now I'm working even harder (if that's even possible) to get more than those 0.2 points that I missed. The good thing is that I may get a laptop and go to London in April XD

Hardly to see she's on this kind of emotion. Normally she is bumpy, fussy and dizzy ^_^.

I`m beginning to admire those thin outlines. They`re so unimaginably thin...
I love everything on your vector. The color of the skirt is perfect though I do think the yellow is a bit pale. The pattern on the cards are also very fitting.

ruin your vectors for me. You should really consider trying
bold lines, it would make a big difference I think. Thin lines make
the vector so jagged edged and with the combination of the bright colors...
