I love Anya's pose from the 1st CG R2 ending. It looks like she's sitting on the moon (I like her bored expression XD) , so I got the idea of doing a wallpaper with clouds and stars.
Too lazy to vector, and I liked the sketchy look of the scan anyway. Extracted it, got rid of the chains, and smoothed it out.
For the clouds, I tried using stock photos, but they look too weird against the scan. So I used brushes instead. The brushes are from lunaregina, which I smudged a bit. Added a rainbow, and some birds taken from this scan. Also added some fractals I rendered in Apophysis. The stars came from a brush by exotika@devART. The texture came from Hybrid Genesis, which I modified a bit, as well as from the fractals.
This thing somehow took waaaay longer than it should have DX Although I think this would've been a great which?waller entry, 'cause it's not my style at all XD

It's the ultimate girly wall! :P Very soft and pretty, it suits my mood tonight.
The colours and the clouds you painted look great, (the scan itself is gorgeous XD), and the fractal effect is interesting.
I think the scan would have blended better if you'd played with the texture and the leveling just a little bit more, though. For example, I think you're so close with the extra noise you added but it's a little too sharp, really subtle blurring or the median filter could really lift it, I think. Or having the same texture effect over the whole thing, scan and all.
But I'm totally nitpicking here, it's beautiful ^_^ -

I have to agree though, I really never thought this is yours, even after I fullview it >_>
I've to say my favourite part is the fractals <3 and those clouds. Though I'd expect the character to be vectored... Great work anyway, and it's so.. purple. =__=

You used a lovely scan. Everything looks great. I'm just not a fan of that abstract-fractalish texture you put on it.

The scan needs more attention since the quality isn't the best, but except that, I really like the design.

Thank you so much for making this wall! I've been waiting for someone to make a beautiful wall out of those gorgeous pictures. The colors complement so well and the clouds are absolutely dreamy. I liked the concept of this wall. Removing the chains was a great idea. Awesome wall!
