This took..a long time. I don't remember how many layers it took or how long specifically, but yea. It's one of my first vectors, so sorry if it sucks. And in the original picture she had ice cream and a spoon in her mouth. I sort of got lazy. So sorry again. Enjoy if you can ^_^'
