Oh my goodness, just look at all the details. This piece stands out from your other pieces, because this time, the character is more focused on and she's got a different pose! I love her expression, she's really an Ice Queen! :D God, I love her hair, it's such a dreamy blue and so striking..
The ruffles are just gorgeous! I can see you've been working on the lighting, the crystals shine just perfectly. I especially like how there are sparkles amid the blue and grey orbs, and the lacy bits.. As always, the patterns are win! Weaving like the waves.. The print on her hairpiece looks so pretty.. Wouldn't it be great to see this outfit in a fashion show!? I love how it shimmers and shines, with the blue drapes of clothing and all the beads and crystals.. And the gradient from blue to gray, with tones of green and white work perfectly! I like the paintwork for the background, it looks like sprays of sea foam being tossed about..

This really looks like it's made for an artbook. I would read your manga, if it were! If it doesn't get highlighted, I'm seriously wondering what the mods are up to..
Next is Spring! Yay, expecting light citrus tones! And I'm wondering if you'll make a piece with all four seasons, like in a cycle? Would be gorgeous to see!
