Here's lacus again XD....Falling from the sky and then poof...there's Kira to save her from her downfall :hmpf:....well..that's the story of this wallie...
Is the Lacus' vector looks familiar?...It's the tsukiakari vector of Ms. Ash-Hikari XD....In the tsukiakari Lacus vector, her hair was cut(not the whole hair was vectored)....so, I vectored an extension on lacus' hair......but then.....I'm not yet satisfied so I made my own wings for Lacus Clyne XD...I vectored the wings and then put some blue-violet textures on the wings ;)...and for the background,...I extract a scan of a building and for the clouds,..I've painted it and then, smudge it :)...for the wind,..I've painted and then smudge it XD

Yay! Love it when you use my vectors. And I didn't even notice the hair extension so good job ^^ And like I said, love the desaturated colour :P
